How do I contact you?

• Phone: 0330 223 2553 – as we don’t run a physical shop, our working hours vary so we aren’t always available to take a call and we would therefore recommend emailing; however, if you prefer to call we would kindly ask that calls are between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

What size frame do I need?

All of our square prints are 8×8 inches and are fitted in a 10×10 inch mount. When looking for a frame we recommend looking for ‘10×10 inch frame without mount’. This way it will be big enough to take the mount but avoids any size mix up.

Why do you ship UK orders via Royal Mail second class?

The main reason behind using second class shipping is to limit the cost to you, our customers. In many cases, first class is nearly double the cost. Second class is expected to take 2 to 3 working days from dispatch (including Saturdays). 

We understand that sometimes you need your orders in a hurry and we are happy to help out where we can and therefore offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24hr – Next Day Upgrade at the checkout.

Postage prices are as follows:

UK shipping for orders under £50 – £2.95 UK shipping for orders £50 and over – FREE UK Tracked 24hr shipping for orders under £50 – £6.95 UK Tracked 24hr shipping for orders £50 and over – £3.95

Do you frame your prints?

At the moment we do not offer a framing service. We mount all of our prints in a 10×10 inch white mount so they are ready to be framed easily at home. We have found over the years that everyone has a different requirement and preference in frame colour, width, material etc and therefore just mount the prints. The frame choice is then yours to have fun with.

Can I order from your website during COVID-19 pandemic?

We are running as normal and working with Royal Mail who are still operating but with slight delays. The Royal Mail website can provide the most up to date information regarding current service delays. 

We have encountered some supplier delays due to reduced staffing at their end and therefore some items are taking longer to reorder than normal. If we are experiencing a stock delay/backorder situation, please see the individual stock items. If there is a stock delay this will be marked in the product information.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to say that we do ship internationally. For international shipping costs, please see your completed basket. Here you will find a shipping price for your order based on the size and weight of the order. You may find more than one shipping option within the basket. Our system is able to identify postal services offered in your country and it will therefore provide you with all available shipping options and prices. For timescales on Royal Mail delivery aims, please see royalmail.com/sending/international If for any reason you are shown a ‘no shipping options were found’ message, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the shipping for you.

Can I personalise any items?

At present we offer for personalisation on 2 designs; our Beach Print and our Gwithian Print. When ordering this product there is the option to personalise the print – on the Gwithian print, this costs an additional £10 (per personalised print). The text on the surf board (currently ‘Gwithian’) can be changed to have a short message of one or two names or maybe two first names and a date which works as a wonderful wedding or anniversary keepsake for beach fans. These will then be mounted (but not framed) in the same way as our standard prints.
