Contact forms

If you visit our contact us page or use our contact form on the home page and submit a message, we will store your name, email address and the message that you sent us. We will also store a copy of this in our email hosting provider (Gmail).

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you make a purchase, we will store your name, billing address and, if different, your shipping address. We do not store any credit/debit card details as this is handled by our 3rd party payment provider, Stripe.

We will retain your data indefinitely for administrative purposes.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have made a purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
